2 - Design & Planning

We work with your existing plans, or trusted architects to create a custom plan for your needs.

3 - Budget Review & Proposal

With plans finalized, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope and investment required.

4 - Selections & Personalization

We’ll guide you through selecting interior and exterior finishes. Our team helps simplify the process while ensuring the details reflect your style.

5 - Pre-Construction Meeting

Before construction begins, we will meet to review plans, selections, timelines, and expectations. This ensures a smooth building process.

6 - Construction Begins

Your custom home comes to life as we begin construction. Throughout the build, we monitor every stage to maintain the highest standards.

7 - Communication & Site Visits

We keep you informed during the building process with updates and walkthroughs.

8 - Final Walkthrough & Orientation

As construction nears completion, we’ll walk through the home together to review every detail. Final items will be addressed and we will familarize you with your new home.

9 - Closing & Move-In Day

Once closing is complete, you’ll receive keys to your new custom home!

Mark made the process a breeze. We started planning in June 2020, broke ground in Jan 2021, and moved in Sep 2021. For being able to navigate the hurdles of the covid lockdowns and keep us pretty much on time and budget was amazing. We shopped around for a few months before we selected Weber Custom Homes and have no regrets. He was realistic on budgets and time frames which was refreshing coming from being a Sub in the Austin TX area. Would use him in the future and recommended family and friends use him.
